KSEPL is another Endeavour of Sri. R N Dwivedi, Ex-GM of Coal India Ltd. presently Chief Executive Officer of Coal Executives Welfare & Housing Organisation (CEWHO), who has been instrumental of launching a movement for personal residencies for Coal Executives in the country since 1990.

Sri. Dwivedi has successfully championed the cause of Coal Executives for prime and affordable housing at Dhanbad – a self sustaining large scale Housing scheme named KUSUM VIHAR adjacent to Koylanagar HQ of BCCL, apart from his contributions to lead formation and functioning of Coal Executives Welfare & Housing Organisation (CEWHO) which has established land marks of Koyla Vihars at various parts of country specially at Kolkata, Ranchi and Gurgaon – resulting in a few hundred families living in their own abode with pride.

 
Mission
To create a respectable space for Coal Executives in Housing Sector and Real Estate market by treating their hard earned financial resources as a precious means for acquisition of superior valued proposition based facilities with alternative choices amongst higher level of ambiences and excellent quality which should fetch much more investment each time.

KSEPL is new addition to facilitate participation in elegant High Ranking Housing,  dedicated to serve the segment of Higher Income Group and very senior executives of the rank Chairman, Directors & CMDS, CGMs, GMs, HODs of CIL, its Core Companies and officers of DGMS, CMRI, CFRI, ISM, DVC, IISCO, TISCO, SAIL, top level Managers of giant Public Sector Undertakings, who wishes to have very very different living environments and standard facilities to match with the high profile living facilities situated in world class social infrastructural world.
